Marriage Retreat - Feb. 24-25, 2012
For Married Couples in Sioux City
and Surrounding Areas.
When: February 24-25 (Friday - Saturday)
Time: 6 PM - 11:30 AM (doors open at 5 PM)
Where: Stoney Creek Inn - 300 3rd St. Sioux City, IA 51101
Who: Married couples of all ages. (1 day married to 85 years!) The Retreat can handle 75 - 150 couples. This retreat is for good marriages who want to have a fun night out with a few new tricks to try! The 2010 retreat had 55 couples participate.
What:
- Enjoy a Romantic Evening Meal
- Prizes including marriage books, Gift certificates, etc.
- Enjoy Live Entertainment - Matney Sisters (Singers), Magician
- Dr. Thad Warren - Topic: "Intimacy in Marriage" - (Professor of Education at
Concordia University Seward and Speaker on Marriage and Family Topics)
Cost: $125 per couple
- This fee covers everything for both husband and wife
- Hotel room at the Stoney Creek Inn - King or 2 Queens
- Meals - 3 Meats - Chicken, Ribs, and Beef (Let us know if you are on a special diet)
- Entertainment & Speaker, etc.
- This cost is all inclusive! Special upgrades for the rooms are also available for prices
indicated on the registration page. Keep in mind there is an indoor/outdoor pool and
Thrivent will be having a Hospitality Room.
- There are 40 couples registered as of February 3, we have room for 10 - 20 more! Please register by February 16. Payment must be received shortly there after. Thank-you!!
